All orders must be placed through our website.
Your order is confirmed once full payment is completed.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred date.


⏳ LEAD TIME

Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

For highly detailed or custom designs, additional notice may be required.

Pickup Hours:
Monday – Sunday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, kindly notify us in advance.


🎂 PRODUCT NOTE

All A.Chef products are made fresh and designed individually for each pup.

Because every cake is custom-made:

  • Designs may vary slightly from reference images

  • Minor differences in color and details may occur


❄️ STORAGE & HANDLING

  • Keep refrigerated until serving

  • Best consumed within 2–3 days

  • Can be frozen for up to 1 month

  • Always supervise your pup while feeding


💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 4 days before pickup: Full refund

  • 3 days before pickup: 50% refund

  • 2 days before – same day: No refund

Pickup date/time changes are allowed up to 2 days prior.
